Pharmaceuticals vs Nutrition - neither is a quick fix, however with pharmaceuticals sometimes they may seem to work instantly yet they never address the underlying causes and most times posses unwanted side effects. Contrary to what alot of people believe, drugs don't "heal" anything only the body can do that., when it gets what it needs. We need to gear people away from the quick fix mentality, with some superior products such as Vemma, some people will feel something pretty quickly, however everybody has a different body chemistry so that is not going to be the norm. Unlike drugs, nutrients do not have rapid effects, the business of nutrition is to build a better body, and that can only happen when your body is turning over body cells.A blood cell last for 60-120 days. In a year all your bones and even the enamel on your teeth is replaced, constructed out of the nutrients you eat. Think of it this way, if you were to take a neglected house plant and start feeding and watering it, the leaves will begin to perk up from the improved nutrition, but you have to wait for the old leaves to die off and new leaves to grow before you have a healthy plant.
